Return and exchange policy

Main reminder: Returns must be mailed within 30 days after the order is delivered.

I. Important information about returns:

Any freight you paid on the order will not be refunded because it has been shipped. If your order is shipped free of charge, you need to bear the freight required for return and exchange.

Steps for return and exchange

1. Submit a return request

Please inform us of your request through our service email amaratime0507@gmail.com, and we need to provide a screenshot of the order.

2. We will confirm your return and exchange information within 24 hours after receiving your request, and inform you of the mailing address (we will choose the nearest warehouse address to you according to our availability).

3. Send us the logistics information of your mailed products by email (amaratime0507@gmail.com).

4. We will refund the fee to you as soon as we receive the goods.

II. About the replacement

If the product you received does not match the product you ordered, please let us know in time, and we will mail you a new order as soon as possible.

If you want to change the product, you can reorder other products through our store so as not to affect your use because of the logistics time.
